Ingredients for Paneer Capsicum
- › 75 gm Paneer
- › 50 gm Capsicum
- › 20 gm tomatoes
- › 25 gm Onion
- › salt, turmeric, spices
- › Kasoori methi
- › 5 gm Butter
Method
1. In a non stick pan melt butter.
2. Add cumin seed.
3. Add onion, capsicum and tomatoes.. fry for 5 mins with salt..
4. Add paneer.. put all spices cumin coriander chilli garam masala powder stir fry nicely so that all spiced covered all the paneer.. cook for 2 mins..
5. Garnish with kasoori methi.
