How to make Paneer Butter Masala
Step-1
Add 3 spoons of curd, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Red Paper Powder, Black Paper, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Salt for taste, 1/4 lemon..
Step-2
Mix it in paneer and marinate for 0.5 hour..
Step-3
Add 2 table spoone in oil, cumin seeds {jeera} , cardamom {velchi} , black pepper {miri} ,bay leaves {tamal patra} , loves {lavang} fry it.
Step-4
Add 2 chopped onions, 1 chopped tomato {I used half} fry it till it turns reddish, then add red chilli powder, turmeric fry it for 3-4 min. on high flame.
Step-5
Grind this mixture in mixer-grinder.
Step-6
Start with 2 tablespoon on oil, add finally chopped onion {I used 3 medium size onions-2 in gravy prep. One for this}
Step-7
Add gravy mixture and stir it well on high flame, add marinated paneer and stir well till it reach to consistency.
Step-8
Add 2 cup of hot water if you want thin gravy.
Step-9
Add one cube of butter and cream or you can add cheese as well.
Step-10
Add coriander leaves for garnish.
Step-11
Serve with brown/white rice or enjoy with any Indian bread.
