- spices-salt, kashmire red chily, Coriander powder,kitchen king masala, turmeric, kasoori methi
Take a pan add ghee in it on medium flame
Add onion or saute it till it turns golden brown.
Add tomato in it and saute it add all spices in it.
Stir it 5 mints then off the flame and grind mixture.
Take a pan add buter in it and grind mixture of gravy.
Now add capsicum stir 5mint add water and cover it.
After 5mint add curd in it and cover again.
Add paneer cubes and kasoori methi cook for 10 mints .
paneer butter masala is ready to serve hot
