Ingredients for Paneer Briyani with White eggs fried
- › Paneer 100 gms
- › rice 50 gms
- › eggs 3 whites
- › ghee 10 gms
- › one medium size onion and tomato
- › species for taste
Method
1. measure all the items and boil Panner and eggs separately according to their cooking time
2. add 7 gms of ghee in pressure cooker and add mustard
3. add onion and cook until it changes its colour
4. add tomato, salt and ginger garlic paste and saute for 5 minutes
5. add all the species like salt, chilly & coriander powder and saute them together
6. add paneer and mix well so that the species mixes well with Paneer
7. add 50 gms rice and water along with it
8. add briyani masala for better taste and cook for two whistle
9. meanwhile, make the white eggs into small pieces
10. use the remaining ghee and cook the eggs with coriander, salt, chilly and pepper masala
11. delicious briyani and white eggs is ready.. serve hot
