Paneer Briyani with White eggs fried

Paneer 100 gms
rice 50 gms
eggs 3 whites
ghee 10 gms
one medium size onion and tomato

Step-1
measure all the items and boil Panner and eggs separately according to their cooking time
Step-2
add 7 gms of ghee in pressure cooker and add mustard
Step-3
add onion and cook until it changes its colour
Step-4
add tomato, salt and ginger garlic paste and saute for 5 minutes
Step-5
add all the species like salt, chilly & coriander powder and saute them together
Step-6
add paneer and mix well so that the species mixes well with Paneer
Step-7
add 50 gms rice and water along with it
Step-8
add briyani masala for better taste and cook for two whistle
Step-9
meanwhile, make the white eggs into small pieces
Step-10
use the remaining ghee and cook the eggs with coriander, salt, chilly and pepper masala
Step-11
delicious briyani and white eggs is ready.. serve hot
