Ingredients for Paneer Biryani with curd
- › Paneer 60 Gms
- › Rice 50 gms
- › Onion 25 Gms
- › Tomatoes 25 gms
- › Ghee 5 gms
- › Curd 100 gms
1. 1. In a non stick pan, add ghee, jeera, sliced Onion and chopped tomatoes. 2. Add haldi, mirchi, dhaniya powder, kitchen king masala and salt. 3. Add water and rice. 4. Cook for 15 minutes. 5. Garnish with cilantro and serve with curd.
