- 25 gm Raw Basmati Rice
- 100 gm Paneer
- 50 gm Onion
- 50 gm Capsicum
- 50 gm Curd
- 5 gm butter
- Rose and Kewra water
- All Biryani spices
- 2-3 saffron strands for color
Soak rice for 30 mins then cook with cardamons, clove, bay leaf, cinnamon.
Take Butter in non stick pan, fry paneer.
Again in same butter add onion, capsicum ginger garlic paste... cook for 10 -12 mins.
Add Paneer, Boil rice , all biryani spices, rose kewra water, curd, kesar water..
Now cover the biryani pan with foil and place the pan on tava.. on a gas stove.
Now first 5 mins dum cook paneer biryani for 5 mins.. them on a low flame 8-10mins..
Ready to serve
