Ingredients for paneer bhurji sandwich
- › multigrain seeds bread 45gm
- › ghee 8gm
- › paneer 30gm
- › salt as per taste
- › capsicum 20gm
- › onion 30gm
- › tomato 30gm
1. add 3gm ghee in kadai, add hing and cumin seeds
2. add onion ,capsicum and tomato ,green chilli
3. cook these till little crunchiness
4. add salt,haldi,dhaniya powder,garam masaala,chilli powder
5. let the masaala cook for 3 minutes
6. switch off the gas .
7. add crumbled paneer with sauteed veggies
8. and paneer bhurhi is ready (stuffing)
9. now fill this stuffing in bread
10. heat the tawa spread left ghee on bread and roast bread from both side .
11. serve this garama garam sandwich with tomato sauce or green chutney
