How to make Paneer Bhurji
Step-1
Heat the Pan, add 5 ml ghee. Then add cumin seeds.
Step-2
Now add finely chopped onion and green chilli's. Let them cook until onion turns golden red.
Step-3
Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and saute.
Step-4
Add 1/2 finely chopped tomoto and cook until it becomes soft.
Step-5
Then add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon kasuri methi and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala. Mix and saute well.
Step-6
Add 1/2 finely chopped capsicum and cook until capsicum turns soft.
Step-7
Crumble paneer and add to the pan.
Step-8
Mix everything well and sprinkle salt to taste again mix mixture and cover it with lid.
Step-9
Add finely chopped coriander leaves and turn off gas.
Step-10
Serve paneer bhurji with soyabean roti or partha.
