Ingredients for Paneer and Veggies in Pasta sauce
- › 100 gms Paneer
- › 150 gms Veggies
- › 100 gms Tomatoes
- › 50 gms Onion
- › 10 gms Ghee
- › 25 gms Cheese
Method
1. Prepare the pasta sauce by cooking tomatoes, onion, garlic and pasta seasoning, then grind to paste.
2. In the pan add 5 gms ghee stir fry the veggies. keep aside
3. Take another pan and add remaining ghee the pour the pasta sauce and let it cool for a while... then add the veggies... and your meal is ready...
4. Garnish it with grated cheese and the remaining you can just eat it😀
