Paneer and Veggies in Pasta sauce
- 100 gms Paneer
- 150 gms Veggies
- 100 gms Tomatoes
- 50 gms Onion
- 10 gms Ghee
- 25 gms Cheese
Prepare the pasta sauce by cooking tomatoes, onion, garlic and pasta seasoning, then grind to paste.
In the pan add 5 gms ghee stir fry the veggies. keep aside
Take another pan and add remaining ghee the pour the pasta sauce and let it cool for a while... then add the veggies... and your meal is ready...
Garnish it with grated cheese and the remaining you can just eat it😀
