Ingredients for Paneer लटपटा & Rice
- › Paneer 100 gm
- › Onion 1 medium - finely chopped
- › Tomato 1 large ripe- grated/pureed
- › Ghee/oil 8 gm
- › Ginger Garlic Paste
- › Rice 60 gm
Method
1. Add Ghee to a pan followed by Onion & Ginger Garlic paste and cook until golden brown
2. Add grated/pureed tomatoes and add spices (salt/jeera powder/turmeric/chilli powder/corainder powder) and cook for 5 mins. Add half cup water and cook for 2 mins.
3. Add Pameer and cook for 5 mins without covering the pan.
4. Garnish with Grated paneer and Coriander
5. Serve with Rice or Chapati or Paratha
