Ingredients for Paneer & Plaintain
- › 10gm- Olive Oil
- › 50gm - Spinach
- › 50gm- Plaintain ( Raw banana)
- › 50 gm- Paneer
Method
1. In oil bit of cumin seeds, add turmeric, salt,redpepper powder & bit of garlic paste, add Plaintain let it fry for a min , bit soft then add paneer and chopped spinach and let it cook for 10 min. Add garam masala on top. Serve it with rice or roti.
2. While measuring spinach and plaintain 100gms, I included onion ( 2-3 strands) , tomato(1cherry tomato) and green chilli(1)
