Ingredients

Handfull of Fresh Mint leaves

Hand full of fresh coriander leaves

1/2 tsp garlic ginger paste

1/2 tsp lemon

30gms set curd

1-2 green chilly

Dry Ingredients all 1/4tsp or as per your taste coriander powder, jeera powder, ajwain, garam masala, Chat masala, turmeric powder, Salt

Roughly chopped veggies of your choice I have used onion red yellow and green bell pepper

100grms Paneer cut in a tikki shape

Method

Step 1

Add all wet ingredients in a blender and blend it untill you get a smooth texture . Transfer into a big bowl. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. . Add roughly chopped veggies and paneer in the bowl and mix carefully and let it aside for - hrs aside.( can refrigerate and use next day too) . Heat a pan and brush a lil butter, Assemble the marinated paneer and veggies and grill it on pan at medium to low flame till it’s golden . You can burn it directly to the gas flame if u like Smokey flavour. Serve hot
