Pan fried tofu with veggies
- Tofu 100gm Brocolli 50 gm Carrot 50 gm Capsicum 50 gm Red Chilli 1 Olive oil 7 ml Soy Sauce, salt as per taste
Heat oil, saute tofu for 5 mins. Add veggies, salt, chilli, saute together for 10 mins. Add soy sauce and keep on low flame for another 5 mins. Add sesam seeds and serve hot.
