How to make Pan Fried Pomfret
Step-1
Marination 1 - Create cuts in the fish and marinate it with salt, red chilli and turmeric. Let it rest for 10-15 min
Step-2
Marination 2 - Mix 5g oil , remaining dry spices, lemon juice and salt to taste.
Marinate the fish in this mix and let it rest for atleast 20-30 min
Step-3
Add remaining oil and butter to a heated pan and fry the marinated fish from both sides
