How to make Pan fried Chicken Breast
Step-1
Wrap the meat in a polythene cover and gently pound with a heavy object to break the muscle fiber. Add 3 gms of oil along with the mentioned ingredients and soak the meat for 2 or more hours. Take the meat, gently pan fry with the rest of oil until the meat get cooked. Serve it along with boiled sweet potatoes

You can reduce the usage of oil, if the meat is cooked in an air fryer
