Method
1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil/ghee in pan Put Salmon skin side first Cool for about 3 minutes Meanwhile take 3 tbsp lemon juice and 2 Minced garlic cloves Pour the mix of lemon juice and garlic on salon and cover Let it cook for another 5 minutes Turn the Salmon and cook for another 5 minutes
