Ingredients for Palak Thalipith/paratha with chana dal chutney😋
- › First, wash and Soak 30gms chana dal overnight For Palak Parathe/thalipith 1. Besan 40gms 2. Wheat flour 80gms 3. or you can also take it as 40 gms jawar flour + 40gms wheat flour 4. Finely cut spinach150 gms or 50gms or 100gms as u like 5. spices turmeric,chilli, salt etc
Method
1. Chutney Recipe :- Ina mixi jar, add soaked chana dal, 50/100gms Yoghurt as per your wish of thickness. green chili,ginger,garlic,salt per taste. Grind everything together. Give it tadka with 5gms oil, mustard n cumin seeds, turmeric. Chutney is ready...put it in frigde😋 Thalipith :- make a dough by mixing all ingredients mentioned above. let it rest for 5mins and make thalipith as usual. Serve warm thalipith with chana dal chutney😋😋😋😋
