How to make Palak (Spinach) Dal
In pressure cooker, saute Ginger garlic in oil. Add Onion and fry them until golden brown. Then add tomato.
Add dry spices as per your taste.
Add spinach & dal to it. cook with minimal water for around 2 whistles (10 minutes)
once done, grind it as per the texture you like.
Enjoy with roti or rice !!!
