  • Recipe Ingredients listMoong Dal - 100 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listOnion - 50 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listTomato - 50 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listOil - 6 gms

Direction

Step-1

In pressure cooker, saute Ginger garlic in oil. Add Onion and fry them until golden brown. Then add tomato.

Step-2

Add dry spices as per your taste.

Step-3

Add spinach & dal to it. cook with minimal water for around 2 whistles (10 minutes)

Step-4

once done, grind it as per the texture you like.

Step-5

Enjoy with roti or rice !!!
