- › Soya- 30gms wheat flour - 30gms Palak - 50gms Ghee - 5gms Ajwain - 1/2 Spoon salt- according to taste
1. ➡️Boil n grind palak ➡️Grind Soya chunk and make flour ➡️Mix wheat flour,Soya flour,Palak,salt and ajwain ➡️ Kneed it into a smooth dough. ➡️Roll and make paratha,put little ghee on both side... Remove it once it gets cooked from both sides.. ➡️ Enjoy it with coriander chatni..
