How to make Palak Paneer with soya-Wheat phulka
Method for Palak Paneer:- 1) Blanch Palak for 2 minutes in boiling water and cool it completely (use cold water) then make a fine paste of it without adding water. 2) In a kadhai add 3 gm of oil add Chopped onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies and cook it until golden then make fine paste of it. 3) In same kadai add remaining oil, whole spices, cumin and let it fry. 4) Now add paste made with onion n fry till it turn brown. 5) Add pinch of turmeric, Coriander powder. 6) Now add palak paste and cook for 2-3 minutes only. 7) Add salt, kasuri methi and Paneer, then cook for another 2 minutes and it's ready. Method for Phulka:- 1)Make soft dough combining wheat +soya flour, Let it est for 10 minutes. 2) Roll the dough into 3 equal size Phulka and cook it from both sides.
