Palak Paneer Pulav
- 40gms green moong dal raw(mixed or any other dal can be used)
- 40gms rice raw
- 50gms paneer
- 5gms oil or ghee
- 15 gms schezwan sauce
- salt to taste
- 100gms palak
Wash and boil rice and dal till cooked. Strain the water n keep aside.
In a pan heat the oil and schezwan sauce, add the paneer peaces and saute for about a minute.
Add the palak (washed, strained and roughly chopped) . Saute till the water evaporates.
Add the cooked rice and dal. Give it a good mix.
Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes and serve hot.
