  • Recipe Ingredients list50gms paneer
  • Recipe Ingredients list5gms oil or ghee
  • Recipe Ingredients list15 gms schezwan sauce
  • Recipe Ingredients listsalt to taste

Direction

Step-1

Wash and boil rice and dal till cooked. Strain the water n keep aside.

Step-2

In a pan heat the oil and schezwan sauce, add the paneer peaces and saute for about a minute.

Step-3

Add the palak (washed, strained and roughly chopped) . Saute till the water evaporates.

Step-4

Add the cooked rice and dal. Give it a good mix.

Step-5

Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes and serve hot.
