Palak Paneer - Navratri foods
- Spinach - 200 gms
- Low fat paneer - 100 gms
- Ghee - 4 gms
- Tomatoes - 100 gms
Saute ginger and tomatoes in ghee.
Add salt and red chilli powder as per your taste.
Add spinach to it and pressure cook it for one whistle.
Make puree with help of hand blender.
Add paneer and keep it on low heat for 5-10 minutes
Serve hot !!!
