How to make Palak paneer bhurjj with Jeera rice n fresh Salad
Step-1
1. Pressure cook rice by adding jeera in it
2. Heat oil in pan and add tempering by cumin, mustard seeds
3. Add onion, tomatoe, ginger garlic paste
4. Turmeric, red chilli powder n salt
5. Add chopped spinach n let it cook for 2 mins
6.later add paneer and mix it well
7 let it steam for 2mins
8.bhujri is ready
9 for salads i have added fresh salad n cucumber
