- Palak/ Spinach - 150 Grams
- Paneer - 50 Grams
- Tomato - 50 Grams
- Onion - 20 Grams
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- green chilli - 2
- Spices - salt, turmeric, cumin seeds, Bay leaf, asafoetida
Blanch palak and blend it in a blender with green chilli.
In a kadhai, heat ghee and add cumin seeds and bay leaf.
Now add finely chopped onion, garlic and ginger.
Cook it until it is bit brown.
Now add tomato puree and turmeric.
Let it cook until ghee separates.
Now add palak puree to it and add salt and let it boil.
At last add cubed paneer and enjoy it with hot paratha 😋
