How to make Palak Paneer

Step-1

Wash the Palak and Boil it for 10mins

Step-2

Once cooled- give a quick stir to make a paste and keep aside

Step-3

Make another paste of Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Chillies

Step-4

Take a pan - heat the ghee/oil

Step-5

Put Hing followed by Onion paste - cook on medium flame till it is golden brown

Step-6

Add all spices and cook it for another min on slow flame

Step-7

Add Palak paste

Step-8

finally add Paneer and close with lid and cook on slow flame for 2-3mins

Step-9

Ready to serve hot!!
