How to make Palak paneer
1. In a pan add water and let it come to a boil. 2. Add palak , onion , green chilles and let it cook for few minutes. 3. Now turn off the flame and transfer it to another bowl with cold water. 4. Now blend the above ingredients to smooth paste in a jar. 5. In a pan add ghee and fennel seeds. 6. Add the blended mixture into the pan and cook for few minutes. 7. To this mixture add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and cook for few minutes. 8. Finally add paneer , close the lid and cook for few minutes.
