Ingredients for Palak Omlette
- › 100gm : Palak
- › 3 eggs
- › 10 gm : Ghee
1. After washing the palak , boiled it for 10 mins. Then put the palak in the mixer. Add 3 eggs to it. Add salt, chilly powder and ginger garlic paste to it and mix them well .
2. Heat up 10gm of Ghee in Frying Pan and add the palak and egg mixture . Once it is cooked both side, serve with tomato and onion slices.
