Heat ghee in pressure cooker on low flame, add washed rice , dal, palak,haldi, garam masala and salt immediately along with water.
(rice+dal:water) =(1:2.5) ratio
pressure cook on low or medium for 3 whistles.
Let the pressure cooker cool down
