Palak 1 Bunch
Besan 20 gm
Rice 60 gm
Paneer 100 gm
Onion 1 medium
Tomato 1 medium
Ghee 15 gm

Step-1
For Dhabdi (धबडी)
Add oil to a cooker
Add mustard seeds & chopped garlic to the oil.
Add half onion followed by besan and dry roast the same
Add chopped palak, half tomato,2 cups water and cook for 2 whistles.
Step-2
For Paneer Bhurji
Add oil to a pan followed by jeera and choppee garlic and saute for a min on low flame.
Add chopped onion,tomato and green chilli and saute for 10 mins
Add salt,red chilli powder,corainder powder and turmeric. (garam masala optional)
Add paneer and cook for 5 mins.
