- 5gm ghee
- 50gm onion
- Hung curd 40gm
- Chopped garlic 10gm
- 50gm chopped tomato
- 200 gm chopped spinach & blanched
- 150gm chicken
- Kasuri methi a few twigs
Marinate chicken with lime juice, salt, kasuri methi, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, and black pepper powder for 10mins
In a pan, add ghee, cloves, crushed cardamom. Add onion, garlic, marinated chicken. Mix well.
Now add the spinach, tomato, curd and mix well & cook covered.
Add little water, salt and red chilly powder. Cook covered. Add little lime juice once done. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
