Ingredients for Pakodis for Kadi
- › Besan (give a quick sieve) 50 gms
- › Veggies of choice thinly shredded - I used onion, capsicum and cabbage - 1/2 cup
- › Salt to.taste
- › Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- › Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- › Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
- › Corriander powder - 1/4 tsp
- › Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- › Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
- › Oil 5 gms
1. Mix all.ingredient except oil in a bowl and leave it to rest for 10 mins. The veggies shd release the water and you should be able to.form small balls. If it is dry sprinkle.some water. Make small balls, brush with oil and air fry it for 12 mins (flipping once in the middle) at 180 degrees till crisp.
