Ingredients for Overnight soaked Mocha Banana Oats
- › Oats -45gm
- › Milk -45ml
- › Stevia - As per taste
- › Cashews -3gms
- › Almonds and walnuts -5gms each
- › Cinnamon -1/8th tsp
- › Banana - half
- › Cocoa powder -1/2tbsp
- › warm espresso -1/2 shot
- › vanilla essence - few drops
- › Choco chips - optional
Method
1. Add oats in a container with lid
2. Mix milk, espresso and cocoa and pour on top of oats, add stevia /honey / maple syrup
3. Add vanilla essence, top with banana and dry fruits
4. Sprinkle cinnamon on top with other toppings u wish to add
5. Close the lid, give it a good shake, refrigerate overnight
6. Early morning wake up to an already prepared breakfast
7. Grab a spoon mix well once again and dig into the creamy mixture
