Ingredients

Milk 🥛 - 2-3 cups

Old fashioned oats - 2-3 cups

Banana 🍌 (pick soft and fully riped) - 2 medium

Mango pulp (or other seasoned fruit pulp) - As needed.

Mango (or other seasoned fruit) - As needed.

Method

Step 1

Take a bowl and : Mash medium bananas 🍌 : Add - cups of old fashioned oats : Add - cups of milk 🥛 Mix well and refrigerate. You can use this over - days.

Step 2

After one day: Just add this mixture in layers with mango 🥭 (or any seasoned fruit).

Step 3

Added mango pulp on top as needed. Done

Step 4

Suggestions and Alternatives : You can replace milk with soy or almond or coconut. i have not tried : Let the banana be - days old and ripe well. Which gives you natural sweetness plus dissolves in mixture well. : You can add Chia seeds as well to mixture to get soaked well : You can top it with dry fruits and dry nuts
