- › Oats - 40 gms
- › Whey - 1 scoop
- › Toned milk - 50 ml
- › Flax seeds - 1 tsp
- › Almonds - 10 gms
- › Cocoa powder - 1 tsp
- › Banana - 50 gms
1. Add oats, whey, cocoa powder, milk and some water into a bowl and mix to desired consistency.
