- Bread (120 gms)
- Boiled Potato (180 gms)
- Toor Dal (30 gms)
- Cheese (20 gms)
- Paneer (100 gms)
- Tomato (30 gms)
- Ketchup (5 gms)
- Ghee (5 gms)
- Dhaniya and Green Chilli
- Salt, Red Chilli Powder
Boiled Potato Mix : Mash boiled potato and add masalas as per your choice. Also add dhaniya and green chilli. Mix it well and keep it aside.
Roasted Dal : Roast the already soaked dal in a pan with salt and red chilli powder in a pan to make it crunchy and keep this aside as well.
Take a slice of Bread and spread some ketchup.
Spread the boiled potato mix over it.
Sprinkle the rosted dal and cover it with a slice of paneer.
Put tomato slices over it and put a little cheese.
Cover this with a slice of bread.
Now toast this sandwich in a toaster / sandwich maker. My toaster was not working and hence i made this in appam maker.
I had this with diet coke to suppress my cravings. :)
