- › Milk regular/ almond or coconut unsweetened
- › Chia seeds 1 tbsp

1. Boil the dates in milk . Allow to cool. Add oats and chia seeds to milk. Refrigerate over night. Eat in the morning with your choice of toppings or garnish.
