over night oats
- Rolled Oats 4 tbsp
- 2-3 dates
- Milk regular/ almond or coconut unsweetened
- Chia seeds 1 tbsp
- Berries and walnuts to garnish / banana cinnamon and nut butter
Boil the dates in milk . Allow to cool. Add oats and chia seeds to milk. Refrigerate over night. Eat in the morning with your choice of toppings or garnish.
