How to make Oven baked Idli
Step-1
Mix sooji, yoghurt, water, salt to make a mix of dosa consistency and leave for minimum 30 mins. sooji will absorb water and the batter perfect for idli
Step-2
Add the batter in 15 equal parts in cupcake plate
Step-3
put it in oven for 15 mins on 250 C temperature
Step-4
check after 15 mins with a knife and if it comes out smoothly, the idlis are ready
Step-5
keep it out for 5 mins and serve with chutney or sambhar of your choice
