Ingredients for opla=oats+thepla
- › oats 50gm
- › ghee 5 gm
- › turmeric 1/2 tsp
- › salt as per taste
- › red chilli 1 tsp
- › kasoori metthi or coriander 1tbs
- › ajwian 1/2 tsp
- › Luke warm water 1 cup
1. first grind the oats
2. mix 3 gm ghee in lukewarm water and mix all dry ingredients
3. mix water and dry ingredients and make a dough and leave it for 10 minutes
4. put some ghee on pan and make thepla or paratha Enjoy your oats thepla with curd and green chillis.
