Ingredients for Onion tomato chilla
- › Gram flour - 200 gm
- › Curd - 100 gm
- › Onion - 50 gm ( chopped )
- › Tomato - 50 gm ( chopped )
- › Green chillies - 2 ( chopped )
- › Cumin powder - 1/4 tbsp
- › Fennel powder - 1/4 tbsp
- › Salt - as per taste
- › Red chilli powder - as per taste
- › Asafoetida
- › Crushed Black pepper
- › Chopped coriander
Method
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Heat a non stick pan or tawa and spread some mixture on it.
3. cook both sides one by one. use oil if needed.
4. enjoy onion tomato chilla with tea or tomato sauce.
