Gram flour - 200 gm
Curd - 100 gm
Onion - 50 gm ( chopped )
Tomato - 50 gm ( chopped )
Green chillies - 2 ( chopped )
Cumin powder - 1/4 tbsp
Fennel powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Red chilli powder - as per taste
Asafoetida
Crushed Black pepper
Chopped coriander

Step-1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Step-2
Heat a non stick pan or tawa and spread some mixture on it.
Step-3
cook both sides one by one. use oil if needed.
Step-4
enjoy onion tomato chilla with tea or tomato sauce.
