- › 20 gm onion

Method
1. Soak tur dal for an hour Then pressure cook dal and make sambhar by using tomato , sambhar masala, salt, For uttapam Sock sooji in 3 tbsp water for 15 min Add chopped onion , green chilli, salt and jeera to the better and water till the consistency of better waterery Heat a nonstick pan and apply 3 ml ghee and pour better to the tava These will make 3 dosa
