onion rings base sausage omlete
- 2 eggs
- 2 gm butter
- 2 sausage 54 gm
- Green chilli
- Cut big slice of onion and take the 2-3 outer layers to make Onion rings
Using non stick pan so need very less butter. Put ur pan of a low flame and keep your onion rings on place then apply butter only inside of rings and make egg, salt, chilli mixture and put spoon by spoon inside the rings once it's full keep slices of sausage on top of eggs as seen in picture and in case of extra then u can directly keep others on pan. Once you feel omlete inside rings is cooked just turn the rings upside down.
