chickpea flour-40gms onions -1(medium sized) spices -salt,red Chilli powder(as per taste) curryleaves

cut onions vertically and finely chop the curryleaves

Add salt,red Chilli powder to chickpea flour and mix it well with water until u get desired consistency of the batter

Now to that batter add cut onions and chopped curryleaves and mix well until onion pieces are completely coated with batter

keep the batter aside for about 10-15 minutes

Take a nonstick pan(preferably with lid),now mix the batter thoroughly, take few portions of batter in small quantites and place it on the pan and close the lid until one side is cooked,now flip to other side and let it cook completely

That's it!your pakoda is ready

Now serve it with any hot sauce of your favorite or green chutney
