Onion Capsicum Pizza
- For base: Wheat flour 50gm Curd 25gm Baking soda 1/4 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Water Olive oil 10gm For topping: Onion 25gm Capsicum Tomato ketchup 1/2 tbsp Amul cheese 80gm Oregano and chilly flakes before serving!
For the base, mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough. Keep aside for 30 mins minimum. Then make a thick chapati, put on the rack and bake for 8-10 mins. Put the tomato ketchup on the base, onion, capsicum, grated cheese, bake again for 8-10 mins. Put oregano and chilly flakes before serving.
