Ingredients for One pot broad beans rice
- › Broad beans 1 cup
- › Tomato 1 medium
- › Green Chili 1
- › Medium Onion 1/2
- › Garam masala 1tbsp
- › Ghee 10 grams
- › Raw rice 50 grams
- › Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Method
1. Heat ghee in a pan add chopped onion, green chili and sauté it for few minutes
2. Add salt,turmeric and ginger garlic paste and sauté it
3. Now add beans,tomato, garam masala to it and sauté it for few minutes
4. Now add water and add rice to it when the water boiling.
5. Mix it well and place a lid and let it cook for few minutes until the rice cooks and water evaporates
6. Add some chopped coriander and serve hot
