How to make one pot bhaji
Step-1
1.Heat ghee in pressure cooker.Add chopped ginger garlic and onion and sauté for 5 min
Step-2
2.add tomatoes and cook for 2 min
Step-3
3.Add chopped veggies and mix well.add salt,red chilli powder and turmeric and mix
Step-4
4.pressure cook for 5-7min.
Step-5
5.Mash using masher and add pav bhaji and cook on low flame for 5 min& it’s ready
Add some lemon juice while serving
