Ingredients for Omlette Muffin
- › 4 Whole Eggs
- › Spinach
- › 1 tomato
- › Black Pepper
- › Mixed Herbs
- › Salt
Method
1. 1. Beat 4 whole eggs in a bowl 2. Take Non-stick muffic pot and place spinach leaves, chopped tomatoes and sprinkle spices/salt in it. 3. Pour beaten eggs in it. Generally 4 eggs are sufficient to fill 6 slots. 4. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
